Each session is a 2–3 hour deep dive into your unique needs, constitution, and vision for your postpartum journey. We build your personalized postpartum plan together so that when your baby arrives, you are resourced, nourished, and ready to rest into being cared for. Available in-home or virtually.
Each visit is a sacred few hours of being completely held. I arrive at your home to cook, to tend, to nourish, and to care — so that you can rest, bond with your baby, and heal. Every visit is customized to what your body and spirit need that day. Individual visits are available for those who want to book a la carte or simply experience the work before committing to a full package.
